Why can't I checkout / Payment Error required?
We have a £5 minimum spend on our website. This does include the cost of postage. Please email sales@capes4minifigs if your order is above this threshold.

I have not received any emails about my order.
Emails relating to your order are sent to the email address given during your checkout process. Please check your 'junk' or 'spam' folder and ensure the Capes4minifigs has been 'whitelisted' in your personal email settings. You will receive a second email once your order has been processed and is ready to send.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
UK: Your order will be posted out to you using Royal Mail second class. If your order will fit into a standard envelope you should receive your order within 2 weeks of ordering. Many will receive the order quicker than this but sometimes the post is slow!

Europe/USA/Canada: We estimate that your envelope should arrive with you within 2-3 weeks. This gives time for any postal delays. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch.

Rest of the World: We estimate that your envelope should arrive with you within 3-4 weeks. This gives time for any postal delays. If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch.

Is there tracking on my order?
We do not offer tracking unless your order is worth over £100 as this would greatly increase the cost of postage. Your capes will be sent as a letter, sometimes brightly coloured, to ensure quick travel through the postal system.

Can I request a faster courier service to deliver my capes?
Yes, if you wish to have your capes delivered sooner, do get in touch and we will let you know the additional courier fees to get your capes to you quickly.

My delivery address is wrong, what can I do?
If you have noticed a mistake on your delivery address please email sales@capes4minifigs.com as soon as possible to allow us to amend this for you. Unfortunately, if your order has already dispatched, we will be unable to amend the delivery address.

Do you do custom designs?
We do offer a custom service for orders over 50 capes for any single design. If you are interested in a custom design, please do get in touch by emailing sales@capes4minifigs.com.
