Shipping

Our aim for orders that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. Larger or unusual orders may require cutting to fulfil the order so may take a few extra days before shipping.  We will contact you by email letting you know when your capes have been dispatched.


Shipping disclaimers
Please ensure shipping address is correct at checkout. In the event of an incorrect shipping address being provided, we cannot be held responsible. Buyer is liable to pay additional charges and shipping fees to enable orders to be resent following provision of an incorrect shipping address.

We only send to residential addresses (unless previously agreed) and therefore do not send capes to PO Boxes, hotels, places of work, university accommodation. The majority of our cape orders are posted as a letter which will easily fit through a letterbox. 


UK

UK shipping is offered using 2nd Class Royal Mail.

Europe
Standard international Air Mail through Royal Mail.
Please note: Orders may be stopped at customs and customers may be charged import tax.


Rest of the World
We use Royal Mail for all other countries.

Courier option
Large orders abroad over £200 are sent via DHL. You would receive a tracking number once you capes are ready to post out.
If your purchase falls below this price, you can request we use a courier, this would get your capes to you more quickly. Please contact us for a quote for the additional postage.

All shipping prices are based on the number of capes purchased. We try to post using standard letter or large letter options so they should fit through your letter box.
